Our Culture

As Gallup research shows, employee engagement leads to better customer engagement, which leads to financial success. Part of this overall approach includes the Interface, Inc. Associate Survey, which is conducted frequently across all global business units. The "Q12" survey is a set of twelve core questions defined by Gallup, a world leader for the measurement and analysis of opinions, attitudes, and behavior. Our approach also includes the strengths-based culture in which every associate has an opportunity to take a survey administered by Gallup to determine his or her tops strengths. Having the right people in the right jobs, who are actively engaged in the business mission and who have an opportunity to learn and grow, is essential to our ongoing success and efforts to reach Mission Zero.
