Maria Davlantes

SVP & Chief Marketing Officer
Interface, Inc.

Maria C. Davlantes serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Interface Inc., overseeing the company’s global marketing and communications agenda. Ms. Davlantes joined the company in May 2008 as Senior Vice President of Marketing for FLOR, our residential carpet tile business. In November 2009, she was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer of Interface, Inc., while still maintaining her responsibilities at FLOR.

Maria has extensive experience in marketing, general management and strategy for both start-ups and established companies. Prior to joining Interface, she worked in retail, business and consumer marketing in the U.S., U.K. and across Europe. Her 20 years of experience include consulting on marketing and strategy issues with McKinsey & Company.

Maria holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She earned her B.A. from Northwestern’s School of Communication and studied PPE (Politics, Philosophy and Economics) at Oxford University.
